My Ten Commandments of BlackHat Marketing
Nope, I didn’t say Black Hat SEO. I said BlackHat Marketing.
I believe that blackhat SEO has now gone mainstream. I’ll go into that a little deeper in a later post.
Now, BlackHat Marketing…it’s just getting going good.
So I present my Ten Commandments of BlackHat Marketing. Not quite the same as those delivered by Moses Not quite the same author either.
1. Thou shalt not partake of forbidden fruit.
1.1 Don’t use any of the Google API’s, appliances, or other services on the same computer you are spamming from.
2. Thou shalt not abide in the same house always.
2.1 Don’t only use dot infos and don’t only use one web host.
3. Thou shalt not participate in unclean acts.
3.1 Always use a proxy when spamming.
4. Thou shalt not build thy house on sand.
4.1 Never use a default template.
5. Thou shalt not trust thy brothers keeper.
5.1 Always hold your cards close to your chest.
6. Thou shalt not share thy bed with thine enemy.
6.1 If you have discovered a secret sauce, don’t tell anyone.
7. Thou shalt not reveal thy name in vain.
7.1 Use as many different user id’s and/or user names as you possibly can.
8. Thou shalt not build thy house by stagnant waters.
8.1 Don’t limit yourself to one method or approach to your business.
9. Thou shalt not rub thy neighbors nose in it.
9.1 Avoid conflict with the ‘tighty whiteys’. Concentrate on the long-tail.
10. Thou shalt not remove the bushel from thy light.
10.1 Stay out of sight, in the shadows, and unknown.
Okay, so some of those were a little contrived (heh). I think you get the point tho.
